We understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be made in writing via email to hey@niccijackson.com.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. This is to secure your event date and begin preparations for your customised performance.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: No additional charges will apply, but the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: A fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. This is to cover the time and resources already dedicated to your event.
